With the support of the coaching company A-Company, in collaboration with Musicalthinkers, on February 28 all members of our COMBUSTION Business Unit participated in a teambuilding process, where their internal organization and personal purposes and as a team were reviewed, to develop the work in the most appropriate way, meeting the challenges that we face today.
As an example, organizational improvements were developed for this purpose, such as the completion of projects on time and cost to customer satisfaction, with the premise of returning every day happy at home.
Our medium-term objectives are achieved by meeting our daily objectives, based on the agreement reached on the golden rules that govern the operation of the equipment.
Overcoming team challenges is our satisfaction, and one of them can be endorsed in this video where it is evident that we can even interpret with a certain dignity.
