Our representative, BEGG COUSLAND ENVIROTEC, a specialist in wet gas filtration and gas cleaning, offers an innovative gas cleaning system: BECOFLEX, a rotating scrubber with a centrifugal brush that combines efficiency, simplicity, and low maintenance.
How does it work?
A rotating brush rotates inside a conventional fan housing and is irrigated with water or reagent, depending on the application; dirty gas particles are trapped by the rotating fibers, intensely moistened, and centrifuged toward the wetted walls of the equipment; the residue falls by gravity into a separation tank, and the clean gas rises, passing, if necessary, through a second filtration or separation stage.
Advantages:
Self-cleaning: no risk of clogging by solids, ideal for emissions with particles.
No external fan: the brush itself generates suction, without pressure loss.
Flexible and compact: easy to adapt to existing lines.
Reduced energy consumption: up to 60% less than a traditional fan.
Resistant materials: available in metals or plastics, with PP or PVDF fibers.
Applications:
Odor control.
Industrial gas scrubbing.
Processes with suspended solid particles.
Installations requiring low maintenance and high efficiency.
Capacity:
From 500 to 25,000 m³/h. For larger volumes, equipment can be installed in parallel.
