DICKOW PUMPEN and PREMATECNICA present the new family of NMX pumps, for the most demanding heat transfer applications.
The NMX model is a highly robust magnetically coupled centrifugal pump that allows reliable operation even at the highest operating limits of current thermal fluids.
Unlike other comparable products on the market, the NMX pump is self-venting and does not require any external cooling. This offers a purely plug-and-play solution, reducing the possibility of errors during the commissioning process and the need for servicing, while improving efficiency and reducing maintenance costs.
The hermetic containment vessel or containment shell, is housed in a separate shell and is additionally sealed from the atmosphere with a graphite safety gasket. In the unlikely event of such a container breaking, escaping pumped medium is reduced to a minimum, protecting people and the environment.
Another point to highlight is the deflector integrated in the shaft (ffd), which prevents the accumulation of temperature in the bearing and prolongs the useful life as well as the time between maintenance of the pump.
