Environmental policy
At PREMATECNICA, we incorporate environmental criteria into our management practices with the aim of minimising the potential environmental impact of our activities, using resources efficiently and promoting continuous improvement.
Furthermore, our solutions help to improve the efficiency of our clients’ industrial and energy processes, promoting a more responsible use of resources and supporting the transition towards more sustainable models.
To achieve this aim, we have made the following commitments:
- To promote the efficient use of natural resources, energy and materials in the course of our activities.
- To minimise the environmental impact of our operations by preventing pollution, reducing waste and continuously improving our environmental performance.
- To incorporate the principles of the circular economy by promoting the reduction, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste generated, including the responsible management of SCRAP and other recoverable materials.
- To encourage the use of energy from renewable sources wherever feasible and where this helps to reduce our environmental footprint.
- To comply with and keep up to date with applicable environmental legislation and regulations, as well as other voluntary commitments entered into by the organisation.
- To promote awareness, training and involvement amongst our staff regarding the organisation’s environmental performance, whilst encouraging our stakeholders to put forward suggestions for improvement.
- To regularly review our environmental initiatives in order to identify opportunities for improvement.
- To communicate this policy to everyone who forms part of PREMATECNICA, as well as to partners, suppliers and other stakeholders, and to make it available to the public via our website.
