{"id":1973,"date":"2017-07-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2017-06-30T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/prematecnica.com\/flare-and-blowers-system-for-biogas\/"},"modified":"2017-07-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2017-06-30T22:00:00","slug":"flare-and-blowers-system-for-biogas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.prematecnica.com\/en\/flare-and-blowers-system-for-biogas\/","title":{"rendered":"FLARE AND BLOWERS SYSTEM FOR \n\t\t\tBIOGAS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"justify\">For one of the most important breweries in Spain,\n\t\t\t<strong>PREMATECNICA <\/strong>has applied its <strong>more than 50 years<\/strong> of\n\t\t\texperience to carry out the turn-key project of the <strong>\n\t\t\tbiogas<\/strong> transfer system\n\t\t\tfrom the sewage treatment plant (STP) to boilers, located more than\n\t\t\t1 km. away.<\/p>\n<p class=\"justify\">The scope of the project included the basic and\n\t\t\tdetailed engineering of the renovation, as well as the manufacture\n\t\t\tand installation of the equipment required for it: a new, fully\n\t\t\tautomated flare, a system of side channel blowers to send the biogas\n\t\t\tproduced with the consequent reduction in the consumption of natural\n\t\t\tgas required by the process, boiler inlet cyclone separator,\n\t\t\tinstrumentation and associated valves, as well as assembly,\n\t\t\tinstallation and commissioning.<\/p>\n<p class=\"justify\">The project is part of a\n\t\t\tstrategy to <strong>optimize energy consumption<\/strong> (reduction of power consumed\n\t\t\tand therefore costs) and valorization of biogas produced, <strong>reducing\n\t\t\tcarbon emissions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"icon-envelope icon-border\"><\/span>\n<a href=\"mailto:jvortiz@prematecnica.com?Subject=NWL1707%20-%20FLARE%20AND%20BLOWERS%20SYSTEM%20FOR%20BIOGAS\"> Contact us<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"javascript:history.go(-1)\">\u00ab back<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For one of the most important breweries in Spain, PREMATECNICA has applied its more than 50 years of experience to carry out the turn-key project of the biogas transfer system from the sewage treatment plant (STP) to boilers, located more than 1 km. away.
