The leak is\n\t\t\tsealed once the fitting is fully torqued on the line. For a\n\t\t\tpermanent repair, the fitting can be welded to the pipeline while it\n\t\t\tis under flow. Fittings not welded to the line can be removed,\n\t\t\treconditioned by <strong><a href=\"accesorios.html\">PLIDCO\u00ae<\/a><\/strong> and put back in the customers safety stock.<\/p>\n<p class=\"justify\">Fittings are tested to 1.5 times the design\n\t\t\tpressure. steel girderrings prevent displacement and damage of packing\n\t\t\tduring installation. Standard working pressure is 1000 maop. Higher\n\t\t\tworking pressures are also stocked and various lengths are\n\t\t\tavailable. Custom emergency repair fittings are an option when a\n\t\t\tstock fitting is not applicable.<\/p>\n<p class=\"justify\">Buna-N packing is standard (viton, silicone and\n\t\t\tother materials are also available upon request) with standard body\n\t\t\tmaterial in ASTM A350 Gr. LF2, ASTM A216 Gr. WCC or ASTM A516 Gr. 70\n\t\t\tand boltings in ASTM A193 Gr.
