Start-up, spares parts and post-sale assistance

Technical assistance is provided by PREMATECNICA for the vast majority of the equipments and instruments which form its delivery program.

Precommissioning, commissioning,preventative maintenance and repair are all performed by our own trained staff. The few exceptions to this policy refer to equipment and/or instruments which by their sheer complexity or nature preclude any intervention save by the manufacturer itself. An example of the first would be the gas turbines whereas an example of the latter would be the nuclear instruments with Class 1E stamp.

The Company has a data base for all sold items which is kept strictly up-to-date, thus allowing us to identify immediately any spare requested by our customers and order it from the supplier. In some cases, our After market service has interchangeability lists available for a given population of similar machines at a given site.

Emergency and self-protection plans

Include the organization of the human and material resources available to prevent a fire hazard situation or any equivalent risk so as to guarantee evacuation and immediate intervention. They include three main phases: write-up, implementation and assistance.
