AMONG THE TOP 10 PYMES TO WORK IN SPAIN

On November 30, in a ceremony held at the Circulo de Bellas Artes in Madrid, our Company was chosen as one of the top 10 PYMES to work in Spain.

This recognition has been granted by the Great Place to Work Institute, an international benchmark in research and management consulting human resources.

It is the first year that Great Place to Work organizes the list Best Workplaces PYMES which recognizes the best SME'S between 20 and 49 employees to work in Spain, a business segment consists of about 140,000 Spanish companies.

From Great Place To Work discusses the criteria that lead them to choose a company and not others: "the excellent workplaces are constructed through the experiences that employees get from their daily interactions and through programs and performance. The contributors consider excellent work in workplaces where trust people they work when they feel pride in what they do and they enjoy the people they serve".

And it abounds in noting that "trust is the main characteristic of the great places of work and is created through the credibility of the leaders, the respect that employees perceive and justice with which it treats its employees. Furthermore, "the main criterion for selection is if your own employees are saying that your organization is a very good place to work. GOST CERTIFICATION OBTAINED BY PREMATECNICA

PREMATECNICA, in the process of internationalization of the Company, and in the development of its strategic plan, has recently received GOST certifications for the range of torches and incinerators manufactured.

The Company, used to working in international environments, is implementing a growing presence abroad by offering the experience gained during his 50 years of existence in the refining sector, chemicals and petrochemicals and gas.

Far from shrinking due to the current economic situation, PREMATECNICA is using the situation to take a more active presence in markets not nearby, offering the latest innovative products developed in Europe at competitive prices within the current globalization of markets.

PREMATECNICA, SELECTED FOR THE PIPE PROGRAM

PREMATECNICA has been selected by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Madrid to participate in the PIPE PROGRAM (Foreign Trade Promotion Plan Initiation).

This is a program to help Spanish SME for export initiation practice, organized and led by the joint efforts of the Spanish Institute of Foreign Trade (ICEX) and the Higher Council of Chambers of Commerce, in collaboration with Communities Regions and Chambers of Commerce and supported by the ERDF of the European Union.

Since the launch of the PIPE, in 1997, over 6,000 companies throughout Spain participated in this program, which aims to target the export incorporate as a permanent and stable company.

CONFIDENCE WITH EUROPEAN NUCLEAR SECTOR

PREMATECNICA's Instrumentation Department has been recently awarded the “prize as 2010 most nuclear products sales organization in Europe” by our principal CAMERON.

During his last visit to Spain, the award was presented by Mr. Kevin Edwards, CAMERON's Europe Sales Manager, to GLORIA MARTINEZ, our process instruments sales specialist. Both had just returned from sales calls to the nuclear power plants of Ascó and Vandellós and to the companies located in the Tarragona industrial park.

PREMATECNICA has been classified for years as an homologated supplier by the Quality Assurance Group of Owners of Spanish Nuclear Plants, having renewed its certification in 2011 for the next 3 years.

Our nuclear clients confide in PREMATECNICA/CAMERON for differential pressure meters, level switches and indicators, etc. both for Class 1E and commercial grade instruments.

PREMATECNICA, VANGUARD IN VAPOURS RECOVERY

PREMATECNICA, a regular contributor for CLH and for the new storage facility and distribution of petroleum products in Burgos, has conducted a transfer of the vapours recovery unit of the former storage terminal at the new facility. In the process they have used almost all of the installed equipment, performing in a very short time.

With this vapours recovery unit compliance limits VOC emissions to mark the European Directive produced during the charging process tanks, besides recovering the vapors into marketable products, which means complying with environmental directives at the same time generate economic value.

2.1 MW TURBINE GENERATOR GROUP FOR MEXICO

Recently we represented Dresser-Rand has been awarded the supply and commissioning of a group of 2.1 MW turbine generator plant for Baja California III in Mexico, whose delivery and assembly plant is expected later this year.

The turbine generator to be installed in the tail of a power generation system with internal combustion engine 40 MW, is powered by steam generated in the recovery boiler that uses the exhaust gases of said engine. The addition of this equipment in tail of the steam cycle increases the overall performance of the 2-point or so. The alternator drive is a multi-stage turbine Dresser-Rand, K model, five stages, condensation, 5,300 rpm and USA manufacturing.

The proven reliability of the twin turbine facilities to this is added in this case a high efficiency taking into account the poor quality of available steam (9 bar a/260 º C). Speeder 5,300 x 1,800 rpm and lubrication console for all complete the package, along with the control panel, protection, maneuver and synchronization of the turbine generator set. The air condenser is excluded from the scope of Dresser-Rand and will be supplied by the customer.

As on other occasions, Prematecnica, together with our client and project contractor Acciona UTE-Baja Sur, has decisively contributed in the preparation and defense of the offer.

GAS DETECTION SYSTEM FOR NAVANTIA
