Over 30 years of close collaboration with this French Company have allowed PREMATECNICA to be a leader in oil free compression for critical applications where no gas contamination and no environment fouling is of the essence.. The key benefits of our compressors are safety, reliability and protection in the handling of a variety of gases including He, O2, air, N2, SiH4, NF3, SF6, Ar, etc.

Our customers include the main industrial and medical gases producers both domestic and international, as well as refineries (HDS, FCR, FCC; isomerization,…) and chemical companies (resins, PET, PP, PTA,…) whose stringent quality requirements call for maximal reliability. An ever increasing application is H2 for fuel cells.

Our main value added to the customer is our continuous support including start up, supply of original spares and preventative maintenance contracts.

The range of products includes three main lines:

MEMBRANE COMPRESSORS

BC are pioneers in the compression with diaphragms

• Pressures up to 3000 bar
• Flows up to 250 m3/h
• Power up to 150 kW

Advantages:

• Leak and contamination free compression
• High compression ratio
• Low maintenance costs

These compressors may be combined with piston units thereby increasing flows up to 450 am3/h

PISTON COMPRESSORS

• Pressures up to 250 bar
• Flows up to 12000 am3/h
• Power up to 1300 kW

Advantages:

• Wide range of sizes (oil free and minilubricated)
• Horizontal, Vertical and L configurations
• Low velocity: minimum wear. Oil regulation: low power consumption.

PERIFLOW COMPRESSORS

• BC’s own design, hybrid between volumetric and reciprocating
• Pressures up to 200 bar
• Flows between 50 and 6000 am3/h
• Power up to 1000 kW
• Max. pressure increase: 20 bar max.

• High reliability level.
• No cavitation.
• Simple, compact design.
• Low cost, low velocity, therefore low vibration level. Leak free construction.
